You can find just about anything online these days, but does that mean it’s actually valuable? Nope. One of the reasons I created this program is because there is so much incorrect and outdated nutritional information online.

Let me put it this way. Anyone can take random ingredients from their pantry and make a cake, but without following a recipe with specific ingredients and detailed instructions, you’ll likely end up with a flat, tasteless mess. A phased method is recommended when transitioning from a Standard American Diet (SAD) to the Autoimmune Accompllice protocol, which will help to ease into a potential increase in grocery budget.
